HYGIENE CONCEPT FOR YOUR TRAVEL DURING THE CORONA PANDEMIC

Generally

  • A general medical mask requirement applies in the entire hotel area (OP or FFP2)

  • Please support us in complying with and implementing the protective measures. 
    The restrictions caused by the corona pandemic will probably be with us for even longer. However, we will do everything we can to guarantee you a carefree and relaxing stay at the same time.

  • We have missed you all very much and look forward to being able to take care of you again.

  • If you test positive for Covid-19 shortly after your return home, we ask for information.

  • The constantly changing ordinances and regulations can be quite confusing. We keep ourselves informed about changes and are always available for advice and information.

  • Unfortunately, we have to reserve the right to make changes at short notice and we cannot guarantee completeness.

  • A minimum distance of 1.5 m applies in all areas (if possible)

  • We expect 1 guest per 2.5 square meters indoors. In addition, like last year, the tables have a minimum distance of 1.5m 

  • At the table, the respective maximum person regulations apply, which also apply to meetings in public spaces (currently 2 households, a maximum of 5 people, those who have recovered and who have been vaccinated are not counted).

  • Guests from all federal states are allowed to arrive

  • If you are traveling from abroad, please check the respective entry and quarantine regulations in advance

  • The rule is: vaccinated, tested or recovered. 

  • You need a negative corona test to get there. The test can either be an antigen or PCR test and must not be older than 24 hours or a vaccination certificate with 2 corona vaccinations that are at least 2 weeks in the past,  or proof that you have recovered. This proof must not be older than 6 months.
    Important note: We are an official corona rapid test center. We are therefore happy to test you directly in front of the hotel free of charge. Please note, however, that there may be waiting times and you are not allowed to enter the hotel beforehand. In addition, we are not allowed to allow you to arrive if the result is positive (e.g. false). We therefore recommend that you get tested before you arrive.
     

  • All house guests who are not considered vaccinated or recovered must be retested every 3 days. We offer this service to our guests free of charge. We will arrange the dates for the follow-up test together with you upon arrival.  

  Check in

  • A disinfectant dispenser is available at the entrance area.

  • You will find our logo as distance markings on the floor.

  • We disinfect all items such as room cards and pens.

In your room

  • We clean and disinfect the entire room and of course all main contact surfaces in an environmentally friendly and chemical-free manner with our certified micro steam devices from medeco cleantec.

  • Please inform us if you do not want your room to be cleaned daily. You can conveniently contact us with our          Hotel platform. In order to protect you and our employees, we only enter the rooms when you are not there.
